Website Terms
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Website Terms govern your use of the public Crystal Clear Property Intelligence OS website. Product access, trials, paid services, data processing, and customer implementations may be subject to separate written agreements. Section 13 also states the mandatory operating boundary for any tenant-screening integration unless a signed agreement imposes stricter requirements.
1. Informational website
The website describes a developing software platform and related services. Features, specifications, availability, integrations, screenshots, demonstrations, and product plans may change without notice.
2. No professional advice
Website content and product demonstrations are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, engineering, insurance, or other professional advice. Decisions should be reviewed using the underlying facts and, where appropriate, qualified professional advisers.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, disable, overload, probe, scrape in a manner that harms the service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Accounts and product access
If product accounts, trials, or authenticated services are made available, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity performed through your account. Additional terms may apply to those services.
5. Intellectual property
The website, product names, trademarks, interfaces, text, graphics, designs, software concepts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Crystal Clear Property Intelligence OS unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the public website in accordance with these Terms.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the website or product, we may use that feedback to improve or develop the platform without obligation to you, provided we do not claim ownership of your confidential information.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may reference or link to third-party services, systems, websites, or integrations. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the public website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Crystal Clear Property Intelligence OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the public website.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Notice.
13. Tenant screening and consumer reports
Crystal Clear Property Intelligence OS is designed and contractually limited to connect customers with independent, interchangeable tenant-screening providers selected by the customer. Crystal Clear is not engaged to act as a consumer reporting agency, furnish a Crystal Clear consumer report, create a proprietary tenant-screening score, or make a final rental decision. Legal classification depends on actual conduct; any material expansion of these activities requires legal reassessment before release.
Landlords and property operators remain the users of consumer reports and are solely responsible for lawful permissible purpose, required certifications and applicant permissions, lawful and consistently applied rental criteria, meaningful human review, adverse-action and credit-score notices, fair-housing compliance, information security and disposal, disputes, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Screening information may not be used for unrelated purposes or shared across customers.
The complete operating boundary, landlord guidance, and official FTC and CFPB resources appear in our Legal & Tenant Screening Compliance notice. That notice is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A signed customer agreement may impose additional or stricter obligations but may not authorize unlawful use of consumer-report information.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable law. If a separate written agreement governs your relationship with Crystal Clear Property Intelligence OS, the governing-law and dispute provisions in that agreement will control to the extent they apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the website, product, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will identify the current version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact page.
